Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Each of our garments is carefully inspected before shipping:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas).

We want you to love your Anarkali suit, Kurta set, or traditional ensemble as much as we loved creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, our flexible returns policy ensures a seamless experience.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Must include original invoice
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or altered items
- Special occasion wear (Sharara Suits and heavily embellished pieces) with visible signs of wear
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective coverings. Include the original invoice copy.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping costs
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

International Returns

- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
